This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Saddam Kassim, owner of wpclasslive.com (“Company”), and the affiliate (“Affiliate”), collectively referred to as “the Parties.”

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

To enroll in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate must submit an application through the Company’s website. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links and Promotion

Upon approval, the Affiliate will receive a unique affiliate link to promote the “WordPress for Beginners” course. The Affiliate agrees to use the provided link exclusively for promotional purposes and not for personal purchases.

3. Commissions

The Affiliate will earn Rs.100 commission on each sale generated through their affiliate link. Commissions will be calculated based on the sale price of Rs.199/- per course.

4. Payment of Commissions

Commissions will be paid monthly via bank transfer or UPI, provided that the Affiliate’s commission balance meets or exceeds the minimum payout threshold of Rs.500. If the balance does not meet the threshold, it will roll over to the next month.

5. Prohibited Activities

The Affiliate agrees not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Spamming (unsolicited mass email, messaging, or posting).
• False or misleading advertising.
• Use of fraudulent means to generate sales.
• Any activity deemed harmful to the Company’s reputation or that violates applicable laws.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a sale is refunded or a chargeback occurs, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the Affiliate’s earnings. If the Affiliate’s balance is insufficient to cover the deduction, future earnings will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the Affiliate will cease use of all promotional materials and remove all affiliate links.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
